“Nescafé, what did you do with your new” creamier and more frothy “cappuccino? It’s disgusting! I loved the old version, maybe too much, ”wrote one customer.

“Sorry, but this ‘new’ recipe for this once delicious coffee is just awful,” said another.

A disgruntled customer took a photo of the previous strong cappuccino blend and a sachet of the new improved version to show the extra amount of ‘powdered milk’.

“I managed to find some of the oldest cappuccino (sic). The one on the left is the disgusting new mix, look like there’s more powdered milk … more coffee in the old one, “she wrote.

Another wrote: “Why the hell did you change the recipe for the strong cappuccino… I’ve had 2 cups of it now and it’s filthy.” I’ve been drinking this one for years, it was the best. I will never buy it again !!!!! ‘

The fury has grown too strong for Nescafé with the company, which is owned by Nestlé Australia, preventing several customers from commenting on their Facebook page.
